Bob has over 30 years of military and public service experience, with over 24 years working on Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) infrastructure grants and projects. He's trained thousands of State, Local, and other grant recipients on 2 CFR 200, project administration, federal funding principles, and developing indirect cost allocation proposals.
